Andy has always been an excellent service coordinator- honest and thorough with customers. Rito has been my mechanic for many yrs and is also always trustworthy and thorough.
I was late to my appointments 10 minutes however staff did take me in without any questions . I have a fleet vehicle so services are dictated by my company. The only think I asked is for the car to be cleaned , I think they only poured water . Still had tins of bug stains nothing was done !

New to the dealership after leaving Gerald Nissan as their mechanic work and customer service is not very good. Easy to make appointment with Hawk, friendly staff, understanding, love the video of the inspection, and the wait time was half the time we would wait at Gerald.

Everything was great except getting the tow for my car. That was a major problem. I had to call another tow company to toe me 3 blocks. It cost $130.00 . The Nissan tow company person did not do well in the beginning.

ust purchased an Armada from Ruben and Ed Obrien. Experience was ok. Everyone was super helpful nice but I expect that when I’m holding a check for 69k. I took stars off because We chose to finance through our credit union. We brought a check for full amount and made it clear that we were not interested in their financing. The mirror cover on the passenger side came off. This is the second time in less than two years. It was ordered, painted and put on the car. It was supposed to be ready on Friday and it was not ready until Tuesday. It was discontinued and that was most appreciated.
