Danny the tech was fine. He did his job to the point that he could, but the mechanic didn't do his job properly. I know my wife's AC is out, but he marked it green, when I know it's red. I was expecting someone to update me on it but they only updated me on the easy stuff and money grabbers like wipers which were totally fine when I used them earlier that day. Im not blaming Danny for any of this I'm blaming the mechanic.
