Andy was super nice but he said he would give me a discount on the oil change and did not. My subtotal for approved services was around $31 dollars and after I declined the other items they tried to sell me my bill went up to $90. Then after I got home I received a coupon for $20 off that will expire before my next oil change. I understand I was charged the normal price but in that case I shouldn't have been told I'd get a discount and my subtotal should not have been vastly different
